    Ashley understands that treatment is different for everyone and recognizes how important it is to identify all aspects of an individual’s life that impact their overall well-being. She establishes rapport by creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to share their thoughts and work towards meeting their identified goals. Ashley’s approach to therapy is warm, direct, and solution focused. She offers transparency, encouragement, education, creativity and humor in each session to help her clients feel comfortable addressing difficult topics. She enjoys collaborating with individuals, couples, and families in helping them navigate through various life challenges. Ashley loves identifying and utilizes her client strengths as a way to empower them to make positive changes in their life. She helps clients reach their goals by focusing on current issues through self-discovery, relationship exploration, and the implementation of appropriate skills and tools.
