Hima’s style of therapy can be characterized as friendly, directive, and empowering. She believes that every person already has the strength within themselves to make the changes needed to improve their current life situations. They just need help in recognizing and accessing those strengths which is where she steps in to help. With a mix of directness, kindness and empathy she works collaboratively with her clients to identify the problem, create solutions and help them get implemented. She is passionate about working with both couples and individuals on their relationships as she believes that good relationships are a fundamental building block of life. Hima believes all people can build healthy relationships, regardless of their past relationship history. She feels honored to walk alongside her clients to help them reach the goals that bring them to therapy.
