  • Lauren Slivinski, ALMFT

    Therapist

Lauren’s approach to therapy balances empathy, humor, and empowerment which allows her to create genuine relationships with clients while assisting them in reaching their goals. She is a strong advocate for focusing on the present to kickstart change while also helping clients gain insight into themselves and others. Lauren views therapy as a way for individuals and couples to discover new ways of understanding and relate to others while overcoming life’s challenges. She is passionate about teaching clients the tools necessary to become their best selves which in turn helps their relationships thrive. Her focus inside the therapy room is to provide a safe space where clients of diverse backgrounds feel equally heard and supported while exploring their goals. Lauren works hard to keep clients accountable to their goals and commitments as she strongly believes that the client’s active application of the learned tools outside of therapy is essential to making significant and lasting progress.
