    Therapist

Maggie’s approach to therapy is patient, warm, and compassionately confrontational. She believes that clients are the experts of their lives but at times need the direct guidance of a professional to help them overcome personal struggles. She provides structure throughout the therapy process while also empowering her clients to be their most authentic selves. Maggie views her role as a therapist as someone who can help an individual or couple find light in their darkness. While she cannot eliminate the darkness that at times we all have to face, she can be with someone while they feel it and support them in getting through the darkness by providing education, insight and tools. She believes that when people can find the right balance of confidence and humility, they are able to work through anything that life throws at them. Helping clients find relief, grow and improve when they doubted that they could is a magical thing.
