Meagan has a fun and empowering approach to therapy. Her use of humor, empathy, and directness allows her clients to feel fully cared about, while enabling them to push themselves to create the best version of themselves in life and in their relationships. Her warm, bubbly personality, and use of metaphors makes it easy for clients to connect with her and do the challenging work required so that they can meet the goals that brought them to therapy. She challenges her clients to break through barriers, while building hope that anything can be overcome with the willingness and the right tools. Her focus is to help people feel heard, understood, and appropriately validated while they work through intimate areas of their lives. Meagan helps clients work through emotional pain, learn healthy ways to cope, and create lasting changes through practical and tangible tools.
