Seth has a warm, collaborative, and personable approach to therapy. First and foremost, Seth believes that successful therapy is built on a strong therapeutic relationship. He uses kindness, honesty, and accountability to build rapport with his clients. He understands that while change is necessary, it is also difficult and that we do not always have the tools to accomplish the change on our own. This is where he comes in, Seth helps his clients identify what is holding them back, tap into strengths that they already posses and teach the tools necessary to create the desired changes. He is passionate about sitting with clients in their lowest of lows, celebrating them in their highest of highs, and being available for everything in between. Seth believes that at the end of the day, while you may have A problem, you are not THE problem, this strong belief allows him to actively guide individuals, couples, and families to become the best version of themselves and meet the goals that brought them to therapy.
