Kristi Green, ALMFT

Therapist

Kristi is a compassionate and authentic therapist who brings empathy, warmth, and honest conversation into the therapy space. She is known for her genuine and approachable style, creating an environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves while working toward meaningful change. Kristi believes therapy works best when it is collaborative and practical, and she partners closely with clients to explore patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships while helping them develop the tools needed to move forward with greater confidence.

Creating a space where clients feel safe, heard, and respected is central to Kristi’s work. As an empathetic and attentive listener, she prioritizes understanding each client’s unique experiences while offering thoughtful insight and guidance. Her approach is transparent and conversational, helping clients feel at ease while also encouraging deeper reflection and growth.

Kristi believes that meaningful progress often begins when clients feel supported enough to be open about their struggles and hopeful enough to believe change is possible. Working from a trauma informed lens she is committed to creating a respectful and empowering space where healing can occur at a pace that feels safe for each client.

Kristi has experience working with individuals, couples, and families and especially enjoys working with couples. She values the opportunity to offer a supportive third-party perspective as partners learn to listen more effectively, communicate openly, and rediscover appreciation for one another. Using evidenced based principles and interventions, Kristi helps couples strengthen communication, better understand relational patterns, and rebuild healthier connections.

Above all, Kristi wants potential clients to know that they do not need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. She works alongside clients in a supportive and down-to-earth way, helping them recognize patterns, strengthen relationships, and build practical strategies that support lasting change.

When Kristi isn't in the therapy room helping her clients she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, attending their many extracurricular activities, watching movies, and listening to music.
