    Razan’s therapeutic approach blends warmth, empathy, and authenticity with a strong commitment to supporting her clients’ personal growth. She is dedicated to addressing the core challenges that bring clients to therapy, using a holistic and goal-oriented process that encourages lasting change. Razan believes that therapy is a collaborative journey where she partners with her clients to empower them in creating the changes they seek.

    Creating a safe, welcoming environment is central to Razan’s practice. She fosters trust and comfort, allowing clients to explore their vulnerabilities while encouraging them to embrace their strengths and full potential. Razan’s deep empathy helps clients feel truly seen and heard without judgment, which forms the foundation of a strong therapeutic relationship. Her personal and professional experiences, particularly with multicultural and bicultural clients, enable her to create an open space where cultural experiences can be expressed and understood.

    In the therapy room, Razan is warm, conversational, and client-centered. Her approach is empathetic yet gently challenging, encouraging clients to explore difficult areas of their lives while offering support and practical strategies for positive change. She integrates various therapeutic modalities tailoring her approach to meet each client’s unique needs.

    Razan was drawn to therapy through her passion for helping others navigate emotional and relational challenges.She loves working with individuals and couples, particularly those from multicultural backgrounds, as she enjoys helping them navigate the unique challenges they face around identity, belonging, and relationships.Coming from a bicultural background herself, she understands the complexities of identity and relationships. This personal experience drives her to support clients with similar struggles and to help them build stronger, healthier relationships while embracing their cultural identity.

    Razan is dedicated to making therapy a collaborative process. She helps clients identify the root of their concerns-whether in relationships, identity, or emotional well-being-and works with them to create meaningful goals. Through evidence-based techniques, Razan equips her clients with the tools to manage their emotions, improve communication, and develop healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
